If I could give myself an advace, when I was just starting using After Effects, I would say:
– Don’t ever make you first render with compression. Your first render should always be loseless.
I have no idea how much time I’ve lost just because of this mistake. And yet.. there were no good results, if I add some compression making the first render of any kind of a project.
Be wise. Save your time.

So, if i want to upload a project on the web, i have to make a re-compression of the loseless render? and which format do you use? sorry for my bad english, thanks!

Re-compression means that your video was already compressed once. Loseless has no compression yet applied. And of course, if you’d like to upload it on the web, you should compress it.
.h264 for web mostly.
